- First Timers - We don’t reserve spaces or have online sign-up. Just pick a class you want to start with and then show up at least 10-15 minutes early to register and then take class. Please be sure to read our website including our FAQ page.
- Please Note - We can be reached at the studio via walk-in or phone (203-853-9642) 30 minutes before and after each class as well as through e-mail info@bikramyoga-ct.com. Otherwise the studio doors are locked.
- When in doubt regarding new or seasonal classes as well as Holiday changes please be sure to click here for our: Schedule on Sunday nights for that upcoming week’s schedule. For possible weather related cancellations check the schedule 2 hours before the class time in question.
- Referral program - get a week or 3 classes free when your referral purchases a full price package. Let Dan or Andrew know!
- Weather Updates - We decide 60 minutes before a class ( ie. by 8:30 for the 9:30 class) whether we will be canceling it due to inclement weather so when in doubt please check our online schedule before you come to the studio.
